    LJ 5500

    I have a call on Monday on this machine and looking for some ideas. They say after it sits for a long period ie on Monday morning the machine will not wake up to print and they have power machine off and on to get it to start working again... Thanks for reading!

          I would upgrade the firmware first.. if that doesn't do it, more than likely it's the formatter.
