Prints out one page then prompts with the code 13.01.00


Any ideas? A point in the right direction perhaps?

Remove the manual casset feeding and lift the flag up and check for wear pick up roller. replace them if necessary

Start by replacing the paper feed tires and clean the sensors.

replaced all of tires and cleaned all the appropriate sensors, did the the trick.

Machine is doing it again!

Ran okay for a couple of weeks then the same error code.

any thoughts? A sensor i missed?
