Help about plotter buying

I want to buy one of the following models of plotter of Hp
the most important issues for me including:
Speed
Low maintenance cost
Quality
Hp 610
Hp 770
Hp790
Hp500
Hp 510
5000 or 5500
Hp 800
or other model you suggest me
which consideration must be taked while buying stock machines ?
which tests must be carried out before buying plotter?

We've had an HP Designjet T1100ps plotter for about four years and have been very pleased with it. Quality and speed are excellent and so far we've had no maintenance issues. This model is discontinued, but the HP Designjet T1500 seems to be similar, albeit better.

Our applications are CAD/GIS, and we always plot from rolls of paper, so I can't comment on single-sheet ease of use.

We've had a Designjet T1100PS for almost 5 years, and are pretty happy with it. Our main use is CAD/GIS drawings, and we plot from paper rolls. I can't recall any maintenance issues, and the quality is great.
