4350 Prints a blank page before printing the job.

Hi guys,

Customer has a 4350 that will print a blank page at the start of a job and then prints the job normally. Ideas? THANKS

If you were to print a config page, will it do the same thing. Menu/information/config
If not then I would believe it is your word program or whatever program you are using. Try another program, does it do it?

Sometimes the paper feed solenoid will get sticky and feed an extra sheet from the previous job, but that will usually result in a false jam. If it is a solenoid, the paper will already be under the drum. Pull the cartridge and check for paper before you print. If that checks out, i would think firmware or drivers.
