HP CLJ8550 prints blank pages

I have a Color Laserjet 8550 that is printing blank pages.
I have already replaced the density sensor and cleared that error.
Checked Corona wires and they are not damaged/broken.

Does anyone have any ideas what else to look at.
The service manual is not being very helpful with this problem.

Do a stop print test to see if the transfer drum has an image on it. If it does then look at the transfer belt hv contacts and from memory there is a camshaft that lifts the transfer belt to the transfer drum
