hello, I have a problem with this printer I can not load the media roll,single sheets ,Is there any way to adjust the paper sensor or what can I do to solve it, thanks in advance.

How old is the printer? If it's under a year, it has a warranty with HP still.

What happens when you try to load the media?

Thanks,display says that the roll loaded incorrectly,unload roll and try again.

Well, it's hard to know what's going on from just that. Could be the line sensor or paper advance.

What I do know, is this is like the 5th T120/T520 I've heard of with paper loading/advance issues.

Is it making any odd sounds? Is the paper moving when the printer tries to load it?

Use the support menu to test the paper servo, out of paper sensor and line sensor; see if anything fails.

i have the same printer
when you load the sheet it will tak it (roll)
no problem just print like if roll
you just need to press a little bit until heare o sound
