hp laserjet 4345mfp NETWORK TAB

Delivered two HP 4345mfp to a customer at two different locations both have latest firmware etc. Their IT person set up the first machine no problems the second won't show the network folder tab. They have others working fine. Any Ideas?

I think something in security settings is wrong or You do not have admi rights. We were solving that with cold reset.
