i have a customer printer which is producing a thin black line edge to edge at an interval of 37mm. this is happening with oem cartridges. have replaced 6 oems in the last 12 months there are no wear lines on drum so cart is of low use. 37 mm indicates pcr or mag sleeve. but why same thing 6 carts. in a row any help????

Have you done a half test to ensure it's the cartridge and not the fuser? Are you using oem cartridges or refurbs?

is the line long edge to long edge or short edge....
long edge (horizontal), could be a bad drum ground or the laser scanner
short edge (vertical), drum, mag, pcr or the transfer roller.
