I've never seen that error on KM-1635. I'm guessing you replaced MK-410 and you still have maintenance indicator on. In that case you need to execute sim U251 and enter all zeros and confirm with start button, which will reset the counter and turn off the indicator.

      Hy !

1.- Execute SIM U002 ( Setting the factory default data )
      2.- Execute SIM U020 ( Initializing all data )
      3.- Execute SIM U021 ( Initializing memories )
      2.- Execute SIM U252 ( Setting the destination )

      JAPAN METRIC Metric (Japan) specifications
      INCH Inch (North America) specifications
      EUROPE METRIC Metric (Europe) specifications
ASIA PACIFIC Metric (Asia Pacific) specifications

Important : " You should check that your MK-410 box specifications match like SIM U252 on the copier " ( Europe, Asia, Japan or America )

      Bye
