I'm getting static only in paper tray, in the MP tray no problems. I have replaced P.F. roller ass'y, sep. roller ass'y, tried different paper and power supply. I brought the machine in the shop from the customer and still having same issue with our paper. Any suggestions? Thank you

Is there a separation spring installed?
What gsm media? What finish? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
