What is the repetitive interval (I can't measure from a photograph)?
I'm going to guess 29.9mm ... primary charge.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

replace the transfer roller. Above techs are how I feel about it. if you fold your paper from one mark to the next you will see the diameter of the roller you are dealing with. There are way too many marks to be the fuser, I have had the same problem, tried cleaning the charge roller did not resolve, even though it looked perfectly clean and fine. I changed it out anyway and it resolved it
