Dear Colleagues,
we have a customer who uses olverlay printing for their two different letterheads.
This means there are two files (for the two different letterheads) saved on a micro sd card (in the PRE folder of the Kyo Folder Structure) which is inserted on the main board of the printer.
On the printers webinterface under logical printer there are the corresponding prescribe commands too recall the letterhead data from the card on the printer via a RAW port.
For Example:
TCP-IP Port 9120
Start of Job String: !R!;CCPY E;PSRC 100;AMCR E,LOGO; TERM;ENDC;EXIT;
End of Job String: !R!RES;CCPY D; Exit;
This prints the data from the file LOGO on the sd card as letterhead overlay on the letter, when you send the print job via RAW port 9120 from the driver (must be the PCL5 driver by the way) .
Now something has to be changed on the letterhead (bank info etc), meaning that the two files have to be modified.
When I open one file with Editor I get this: (only a part)

The guy from another company who has configured all this isn't there anymore and I don't know how this can be done.
I only know how to setup all this so that it works but I can't program prescribe you know.
How do I get this file (LOGO here) from the original letterhead from the customer?
Thank you very much
we have a customer who uses olverlay printing for their two different letterheads.
Start of Job String: !R!;CCPY E;PSRC 100;AMCR E,LOGO; TERM;ENDC;EXIT;
End of Job String: !R!RES;CCPY D; Exit;
