New M3645idn and toner coating on lower fuser roller

A customer has a new M3645idn and uses original toner definitely. After 27000 prints the lower fuser roller was coated with toner, so there were all the little toner crumbs on the printed sheet.
I'v cleanded itf and some week later same problem again. It' normal paper. Customer had a fs 4200 on the same place before with no problems.
Is there a known issue with this fuser unit or is there a revised version of it available.
    Thank you

    You'll see that a lot. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

fuser unit is the same. 3302 part number. We have to do a custom setting with some customers because of the way they run it. Some also run envelopes through the bypass on the plain setting so the toner doesnt get to bond to the paper and comes out on the press roller.

heres a link to the printer version of the 3645 with some good fixes.
