hello guys
ı have a customer with kyocera fs 6530 i have problem to scannig email pdf format to outlook
the customer has an internal exchang server evreything is ok ther is no connection error and kyocera says complet and ok in stause section
and i scanning jepg evrything is ok email is receved its just pdf problem

Check the mail server it must be filtering the attachment

Try updating the firmware.

thanks for replaying guyes the firmware is latest 2017
if mail server filtering problem there is kyocera fs 1130 pdf mail is working fine without problems
is there any idea?

Is it using the same sender and subject line?

Email filters work on both to detect spam email

If it's leaving the machine the problem is on their end

exactly its using the same sender and subject line
there is nothing in spam email
in kyocera status section its says completed and ok its meaning job leaving the machine
i tried another user pc one time email arrived pdf format and then same problem just on time
there is an anoying IT man he said why fs 1130 is working fine but fs6530 not working tow machine same internal exchang server .
why jpeg is working fine .
its werd .
