KM FS-9130DN Bottom of Print Dark - Corona related

Hi Guys

Has anyone ever had this problem on the 9130DN printer.

We have just fitted a complete maintenance kit.

We believe it is to do with the spacing on the corona unit (there are different coloured spacers on them). When a print comes out the top half of the page is ok, the bottom half has a dark shadow on it. When you fiddle around with the spacers the print gets better and worse, but never perfect. When the old corona unit is installed the print is fine. We have tried the spacers from the old corona on the new corona and the problem still exists.

Any ideas? We can leave the old corona in, but we have another printer giving us the same issue, No combination of corona and spacer seems to work in it.

Some primary corona's of the Maintenance Kits have had this fault, check the correct position of the corona wire and if not rules replaced by a new primary corona.
