    KM-4035 KX - Retrieve Stored Fax Numbers

    Hi,

    We use a Kyocera Mita KM-4035 KX in our office and we are trying to retrieve in softcopy, be it in excel/csv/text/pdf etc.. the stored fax numbers (Phone Directory).
    We can print them to hard copy but I don't know how to retrieve them from the fax/printer in a softcopy format

    If anyone can provide any help on this it would be appreciated

      From the fax home screen select the Print Report tab, One-touch key list button, then Yes.
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
