    Kyocera FS-9520DN Error Codes - Error 1120

    Hi,

    This is my first post. We have a Kyocera FS-9520DN printer. I've only worked with HP and Xerox in the past, and am used to having easy access to a list of error codes. The printer is displaying:
    Code:
    Call Service
1120:1057281
    I've been able to find out that 1057281 is the page count and 1120 is the code for a mechanical error, but I haven't been able to find out anything more than that.

    Does anyone know where I can find a list of the mechanical error codes, or at least does anyone know what this one means?

          the right deck on your pf-75( optional dual tray feeder ) is not lifting.. possible #2 deck lift motor failure...check belts and gears too.. good luck..
