    [Error Code] FS-C5100DN Error power off F186

    Hi,

    I have a Kyocera FS-C5100DN (Firmware Version: 2HN_3000.003.011 2009.02.09) that keeps crashing with the Error power off F186. There does not seem to be a lot of info about this error, but what I've found has said that a firmware update will solve the problem.

    Was wondering if anyone else has came across this error and if a firmware update will fix it and where the best place to get the update is?

      You can access the latest firmware version through KDAConnect or your reseller/distributor.

          Print Unit: DVU_PRT_SYSERR_F226_ERROR (Video data flushing error)

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
