[Error Code] clean printer and replace black

Hi I am a Nashua technician and I have Kyocera FS-C5200dn and I have replaced all toner by OEM toners but it says clean printer and replace black.

Can someone help because I really have to do it my self.

Hi, i removed the toners cartridges and vacuumed the toner out of the toner carriers. the old toner was blocking the toner
