    general opinion of taskalfa 3550ci,4550,5550ci so far ? better than bizhub c452?

    hi all,
    just wondering about this new range of colour.are they more reliable than the 250,400,500ci series,toner life as expected , any premature failing mk parts etc,
    how would you compare it to a konicaminolta bizhub c452 ?

      There have been a few bugs, but far fewer than the Saturn. And the maintenance parts seem to last better than the VoyagerE and the Saturn. None of my machines are particularly high volume.

      Compared to the bizhub C452, I'd take the C452 every time. It's got better color. It's easier to calibrate and holds calibration better. The firmware is easier to upgrade and is updated far less often. It does a better job on heavy media. =^..^=

      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
