Basically when the paper gets into the drum,the transfer
voltage is not enough to keep the paper on its path...
All the below were tried by us.....we used a software tool to change the
FRPO parameters (interface independent)....this includes setting paper type,
paper thickness etc..
When we checked the paper weight, the gsm is working out to around 65gsm -
so that should be supported by the machine...

Hello everyone
....this a very serious issue and will appreciate if this can be rescued....we just got a contract wit a shipping company...and over 25 FS-2020 machines have just been installed in their invoicing Dept.....
The problem now is that the paper being used is 50gm and its recycled...so it jams inside the drum unit after every 10-15pages(intermittently),d paper tries going inside d drum cylinder the JAMS,firmware has been upgraded but still same
PLEASE note exact jam is occurring in all machines
Will really appreciate your response on this as we are about being kicked out of the door
