This 9530 printer only prints from MP tray. Will not print from either cassette. It pulls paper in from paper feed about half way then jams. No jam code. Only say paper jam. Open drawer 1 remove paper. Open side door. Remove paper. I changed the middle feed unit but did not help. Tech support needs jam code from event log but no such log. Help???

If there is a jam, there is a jam code. If you cannot print the report from tray #1, print the event log from the MP tray.
It sounds to me like a paper size mismatch. For example, the paper size is hard programmed to LTR, but the paper is loaded as LTR-R. If you go to the web interface you can view the paper size displayed for each tray, and can re-program them to Auto size detection.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
