There isn't error like that for that model. Don't listen to the client, go check the error for yourself. -

I am sorry but this error is listed in eventlog twice during last time.
You are right this error is not noticed by service manual even not by its last 5th revision.
So I decided to ask for help in this forum, because I am going to replace maintenance kit and I am worry about future problem.Comment

If I were to take a WAG, I'd say it was related to the power supply. In the Saturn Manual C0980 means 24vdc is absent from the power supply. You might also let your power quality analyzer spend the night taking reading on the wall AC. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

First, you don't need to replace Maintenance Kit at 128k pages, these can go up to like 500k without replacement. I've managed to find this code for the old KM-C2030 and it was:

C0990 Description LCC Lift-Up Motor malfunction
Remedy 1 LCC Lift-Up Motor turns after the LCC Drawer has been slid into position while the LCC Drawer is being used. NO: Change motor. Change LCC Control Board.
A work colleague of mine told me that this code usually comes with F040. What you need to do is give this machine a good cleaning, vaccuming and latest firmware upgrade (09.00.0010).Comment

Thank you for your time.
Maintenance kit is needed to be replaced due to damaged surface of OPC drum, teflon heat roller and main charger. All of these parts left on the printed pages some spots. Pickup segment are not in great condition as well. So I recomanded to customer to replace complete MK-360 together with good maintainance (all for 270USD + VAT) New FS-4200DN is twice expensive.
I think FS-4020DN are better printers to the new FS-4200DN.
I am sure that new FS-4200DN will need my service sooner to repaired FS-4020DN
