    [Misc] XCC9235 strange buzzing sound

    Hi all,

    Hoping someone can help!

    Never worked on Lexmark before but need to attend a XC9235 customer reports a "buzzing sound."

    I have seen this on Konica Minolta & if memory serves was a known issue.

    Appreciate any info on this model, an official bulletin if there is one would be ideal.

      what area is the buzz sound coming from? does it occur when printing? or when copying? or???

          when the machine was idle a buzz about every 5 seconds from the power supply.

          I updated the firmware & changed sleep settings this resolved the issue.
