Hey Guys,
I did an install at a large company replacing their fleet of MFP's. There was no us for the machines that were replaced, and were going to taking to the tip as customer did not want them and my company not wanting them. I managed to score one for my mum who is a school teacher to use at home. Now the replace K pcu warning is up and had bricked the machine apparently. Haven't been round to check it yet. (machine doesnt do much, mainly scanning and doing probs 300ish a month) End of story time
My questions are:
Can you just reset pcu life count?
Whats everyone experience running non gen parts etc?
I haven't been able to source a service manual for the model yet so just asking here in the mean time just incase i can't get one as i plan to drive down to see her this weekend.
Cheers Guys
