yes throw that in the trash and order a lexmark toner and drum. problem solved. and helps eliminate issues down the road with using junk inside the machine.

Hello fellow technicians,

I have quite a weird conundrum here. My customer bought drum/toner kit from god knows where, the drum do not come with the chip to be read in the printer. How does one proceed with clearing the chip counter when you transfer them to the new kit? Or is there a better option?
