[Misc] Lexmark MX511dhe powers off by itself

Hi everyone,

I have a Lexmark MX511dhe on my bench, that after powering on, it will go through start up motions normally. After a few moments, it will automatically shut down, and reboot. It does this both during start up and after, making a copy or two, however, sometimes not waiting for a copy to be made. Could this be a high voltage PWB issue?

Anyone ever seen this?

try to make the operation more convenient, update the firmware

I considered updating the FW. However, the printer shuts off and reboots before I can select the appropriate command that will lead me to start the update, once the USB loaded with the current FW is plugged in.
