[Misc] XC8160 CX860 Noisy Inner Finisher Tamper Flappers

I have some noise with Tamper movements. Mostly the rear one it seems. At times it moves like its not sure where it is then bangs a sec then knows where its at. I have a been given a Staple Fin align paddle motor and exit roller gears.
I dont think those parts are going to help. It looks like the one of the tamper motors is temp losing control. Machine cycles and Staples no problem. The noise occurs on start up and during staple operation.
I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

A video w/ sound would help.
