    Lexmark XC4140 Home Screen Icons

    Is it possible to create a one touch icon on the eTask LCD panel, so that if a user wants to send a scan to email to themselves they do not have to navigate through five keystrokes to do so?

    Currently:

    1.Press the email icon
    2.Press the Address book icon
    3. Select the required email address
    4. Press Add
    5. Press send.

      This model should already have the "Shortcut Center" app installed which allows you to do what you intend.
      You may want to check on the webpage of the mfp to see if it's present in the apps list and enabled.
      When it's visibility is enabled at settings -> device -> visible home screen icons, you should be able to create custom shortcuts and have them show on the display.

          scan center-email....create shortcut. ...checkbox show on home screen.
