Lexmark A4 devices and sending counter with email

Do the Lexmark A4 machines have this function?
Only thing I can find is mailing alerts (toner, imaging unit empty and such things) but not the counter.
    I have a MX320/420 series here.

    Thank you.

It requires an additional app to be loaded called Customer Support. I'm not sure if it's available on your series or not. We only sell the BSD line and the app comes pre-loaded. I haven't found it to be very reliable so we just set up every Lexmark to connect to Lexmark Cloud Services and get the counters from there.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

.. I think there may be a small monthly recurring fee for that.

Relabeled Toshiba and Sharp MFPs cannot access the Lexmark Cloud. Lexmark/Xerox relabeled copiers will soon start to appear.

So far it has been free for us.

Newer devices can be enrolled from the device web page and requesting a enrollment code. Sometimes this option isn't there but updating the firmware will add it. It doesn't always work as some won't establish communication. You can also use the enrollment tool which will install the Printer Agent on the device as well as walk you through the enrollment.

First you need to create your dealership in the cloud and then create children for each customer to enroll devices under. Not all devices will enroll as they won't allow the Printer Agent app to install.

The cloud will allow much more than just meter collection.

The Customer Support app is nice because it can send a meter on a set day. The cloud is nice because you can run a meter report for all devices any time.
