    i couldn't tell from the photo, you have filled in all of the required fields for the scan setup process?

    We ran into an issue with the newest firmware but only on one machine. Scrambled the display and it couldn't even be used. Known issue and we were sent unreleased firmware but only for one model.

    I and other people have tried the same. I will file this under forget about it for now.

    We just had a firmware update on these new models this week and no improvement.

  • Greyed out Test box when configuring scan to email

    Any idea what has to be configured to turn the greyed out "Test" box active on a current Lexmark device.

    Next to "Send test email to Recipient".
