Re: Lexmark 945 e ( made copy , colour not balance )
Those sample images are too small to be of much use. What have you done so far? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

copy that, what have you done ?. I see from your profile you are a tech since 1994, so by now you should know that there are manuals [cd's] provided with a new machine. You would have to teach yourself by playing with the values in the colour setup and adjustment.
But here is a setting i do with every colour lexmark that have this feature and it saves a lot of time. get the user cd and open the pdf file. search for
Color Adjust Color Adjust Initiates color calibration
its under setting >printer > quality menu. execute this function.
But before you run the above, go the report and print the demo page and keep, then run the colour adjust and compare if diffrent.
For copy adjust, read the manual or select the mode for the document you are copying eg. text , photo text, photo, it makes a difference in the copy output.
PLEASE READ THE MANUAL, WE CANNOT READ IT FOR YOU.THE ONLY THING FOR EVIL TO TRIUMPH IS FOR GOOD MEN TO DO NOTHING..........edmund burkeComment
