Hello, i am working on a dell 1815dn all in one type machine. It is making solid black prints. I think it is the high voltage power supply. does anyone have experience with this machine? It looks like a brother. Cross ref.?

not familiar with this printer, but charge corona/roller usually culprit. If its built into cartridge change cartridge first. If separate, change corona or roller. if you still have problem its the HVPS or the connection between charge corona/roller and HVPS.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".Comment
