the black toner is stuck in the machine all the other toners come out fine.

Very common. No fix. No parts. To get the toner out, use a flat head screwdriver to lift the spring on whichever side is stuck. I used to have pictures, but, I think I eventually deleted them from my phone. Seems to only happen when cartridges get empty and not on all colors. Have found a full toner doesn't exhibit this.
