Greetings everyone,

Each time I configure the network setting IP address (permanent) its okay (save) and when I restart the printer the IP address return to 0.0.0.0

Please advise.

Is there a battery on the main board? may be bad. Losing it's memory.

The changes don't take effect until you reset the Network controller. Set your IP address, keep pressing the ▼ arrow until you see "RESET NETWORK", select RESET.

You can also, let the printer get a DHCP address, and than configure via the web-based interface(printer should show IP on LCD). Many users forget to reset the network controller after entering address information and I have had them configure via web-based interface
