Samsung Express 430W fuser and transfer belt reset

    Hi all
I am a Canon copier engineer sadly working on a Samung C430w printer.
Fitted new fuser and transfer belt and I want to reset the service life counter.
Any ideas on how to do this. Is it software download or a series of button pushing.

    Any help much apreciated.

Only sold one of these small Sammy's with the thinnest toner cartridges I've ever seen. Since it doesn't have a LCD screen I would imagine everything would be done through webpage (Type IP address in browser to load). Or if USB connected enter webpage through drivers or utility software somewhere on their PC.

Not sure but think HP bought out Samsung printers, or HP made this and Sam put their covers on it? If you google Samsung xpress 430 printer it brings you to HP home page. Not sure what the deal is?

Yup. HP bought Sammy's imaging division. I looked at the service manual. No reset procedure for this tiny unit. Replace parts and business as usual.

Did you find out how to do this? I found an old copy of the EDC program but it was for a different printer. It will connect but I can't get it to show anything other than EDC Mode and something about offset below EDC Mode.
