Oce TDS400 Scan to File

Scanning to the controller works. Also, I can "get" a file using and Ftp session from the controller. The problem is Scanning directly to a network folder using SMB. The controller is able to see the destination. The Net. Admin. Swears the username/password are valid. Folder permissions are set properly.

Is there anything auxillary I can try in lieu of reloading the controller software/ performing ritual suicide?
