    Is my Okidata C9300 Dead?

Hello, Hopefully this will be a quick answer. I know ya'll are busy. I have an Okidata c9300 Printer and when I power it on the Power LED and Error LED immediately light up. Also, shown on the panel are blocks all the way across the top. After that, nothing else happens and the machine is silent. If anyone knows what those blocks mean please let me know. Thanks.

Update: I got a copy of the service manual and went to the troubleshooting section and started to test the voltage output on the OPTN pins on the engine board. It looks like pin 11 isn't getting any voltage. The manual says to replace the relay board Y73 PWB...is that the same thing as the connection board? Thanks

The first thing the machine does is test the memory. I think the memory test is not succesfull.

There are two sdram modules in there. I used just one and then used the other in the first one's place. The same result occurred. It doesn't seem like memory because the LCD goes to one line of blocks immediately when I turn the power on.

What you want to replace is the Low Voltage Power Supply
part number 41303401 120v or 41303501 230. This is a real pain to change since you have to strip the machine down to nothing. It takes about 3-4 hours to install.
