OKI C831 Cyan and Magenta not printing

Oki C831 not printing Magenta and Cyan. Black and Yellow print ok. Tried exchanging cyan and black printheads, but cyan still does not print. Any ideas? Thanks.

Check the drum drive, both M and C are driven by 1 motor. You can swap the drum units just to test

Thanks for the reply. I did try changing the drum units, but when I swapped the black and cyan drum cartridges I got a sensor error. I did mark the gear that turns the drum, and it appears the drum gear is turning as the mark did move. Thanks again.

Try to check the fuse at the maintenance board near the Print head cable

I have eliminated the printheads as a problem by swapping the printheads. I took black printhead which was working and swapped it with cyan. Still had same problem. I looked at the maintenance board, but found no fuse. Thanks for the reply. Any ideas are welcome.

hi,

there is a lot of fuse in maintenance board check the fuse 15 (f15) near f12 and PH connector 3 at maintenance board it is open causing the cyan and magenta blank image.
