[Jamming] Oce Colorwave 3500 printheads catching

I've got a Colorwave 3500 that is having troubles with Tyvek 7.5 mil. and other 36 in banner material. At times it will buckle and the printheads will crash against it. Currently it is catching the left side of the paper, almost like the vacuum feed isn't drawing the paper down.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
