Hi The Pitney Bowes C180 is also known as a Panasonic FP7718. Perhaps someone can interpret the code for that model. Check all paper path switch actuators, in case one has been dislodged. If I find anything further I shall reply.

E5-42 on panasonic machines is total counter error code.Have you disconnetced the counter?Or more probably left the connector off whilst servicing the machine..Hope this helps..Si

i fixed the copier... thank you all

the problem was in the couter... the coil was open, i fixed soldering it, i connected back and works perfectly. now i have another problem... the paper tray (cassete) isn't working. have paper and isn't detecting. i alredy checked the sensors, moved some codes without knowing nothing just testing... i would like to know if i desactivate the paper tray after moving the codes or if i need to check it again. thanks
