    Hi,

    Does anyone have this Adjustment tool for PP-100/PP-100N

    PP100SSUTL.exe - this is the file name but google has no results i found it in the service manual.

      The reason I'm after the Adjustment tool is due to our printer.

      1st it was printing fine then the second disc it picked up and when it was about to finish it came to a holt and and all the led light up and I have powered it off and on but the lights remain.
      I have updated the firmware of the autoloader and drives but still no luck.
      Online I have seen there's some Adjustment tool for lots of epson ink jets, and my model PP-100 we do have another one at a different location that works.

      On the photos of the tool it shows eeprom data backup/restore so I think i could clone the working one to the non working one and see.

      Hopefully someone has this tool that they could send me.
