      Hi, sorry for that, the oki is a c3530, and I have reseated the RAM and the connections on the main pcb, under the transfer belt. It seems to go through the initialisation process, even though the error message appears very soon after turning on. Thanks

        It's a RAM failure (slot 1). Try using another RAM.

          Tried another 64mb and got the same error.

            Not much to go with that model, says to replace the m32 board if replacing the rams a no go.. I'd crosscheck with oki before doing that though!

              I agree with copytechman. Here in Holland Oki gives a three year on-site warranty on these machines. i don't know if this also applies to the rest of the world, but I also would first contact Oki on this one.
