Hi everyone, I changed the Belt unit already but the message is still there, can someone please tell me how to reset it.

Hi,

If replace with new belt and still the message still appear, you have to update the FW and replace with new belt again.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I did replace it with a new one, I kept the old one though. should I put the old one back in and then update the firmware?
Also where can I get the firmware for that printer?
