KonicaMinolta (QMC) Magicolor 2350, Waste Container.
Have with several machines where it does not recognize a new empty Waste Toner Box.
I expect the indicator in the Statistics Page to go at 100% when I put a new one in but it stays at the old value. The sensor seems to function cause when the box is full (or when I block the sensor) shows the corresponding message. When I leave the box out it tells me to put one in. So obviously the sensor is basically working.
The manual doesn't give any clue except how to replace the box. No mentioning that anything has to be reset or so.
This is for many machines I have in the field the same, any idea's what could be wrong?
