Reset For Transfer Belt On Oki 3200

Can anyone help with this?

Message on Oki printer 3200...replace transfer belt. Is there a reset or an easy way to get around the problem without replacing the transport belt?

The only way to reset OKI counters is to replace the item that it is calling for. OKI hides a low amprage fuse in the unit that blows when installed and resets the counter.

Hi Travi,

Thanks for that. I have come accross this before with other manufacturers but normally there is a reset rather than having to install new bits housing a resistor/fuse that blows when powered up. The signal sent to tell the printer must be send-able through some other means...maybe not? Anyone any idea on price and availability/dealers etc?
