It has to be a new unit to reset the error. Swapping in a used unit will not help you. There is usually a fuse on the unit that resets the error, and is simultaneously blown. Sometimes you can get to that fuse, and install a good fuse. Sometimes you can't. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Could also be a bad connection between the drum/ID-unit ant the PRT-board. The manual says something about a bad connection or replacing the PRT-board.

              Drum Fuse cut NG, Color:Yellow
When yellow drum fuse-cut error has been detected at power-up

Seek attention of service person if restarting the printer does not correct the problem

This is from a Okidata website error code guide
