OKI C8600 drum reset help

A customer of mine has replaced the black drum unit in their C8600 but it still says it is at end of life.

Is there a way to reset the drum unit?

I have tried to get into diagnostics level 2 with no success!

I've tried the same with a few recent Oki models, but I could not find a method to reset these counters. I think it must be possible to reset the counters, but until now I've not found a solution.

If your customer has replaced a new drum, he can file a warranty claim.
