The code is shown in the journal and the status shows NG D0, the manual says that machine did not receive the post code.
The problem is consistent and only out of one fax no. I think it is a computer generated fax. I do not think it is my machine that's acting up,
but you know how it is: the other side is claiming that everything is Ok on their end.
What your looking at on the 612 is the Status Code.
The first digit "6" is telling you that you sent the transmission using V.34 TX speed
The 2nd is 1 meaning line density at 8x7.7
The 3rd digit 2 is Encoding-MMR
The D0 is the code. Usually from bad phone lines.
Maybe try a slower TX speed like 9600.
