Hi, I have a problem with magnification ratio (1cm on original isn't 1cm on copy).
Does this machine has in service mode any adjustment for magnification ?
I have sm for Ricoh Aficio FX 16 (equivalent of SCX-4216) and I didn't find image relation adjustment

is it just vertical or horizontal? or it is a ratio problem?

you must put more descripotion about your problem .
scx-4521f doesnt have image adjustment . you can use [menu] [#] [1] [9] [3] [4] to enter service mode and use machine test and pattern test to have a print and understand your problem is for scanner or other part of your MF .
you can use clear all mem in data setup on service mode to reset all setting , this function may can help you to solve your problem .

you are right, but i have seen (last one 2 days ago) a case where the page was copied in the same lenght, but horizontaly compressed to 50%.
this is a main board problem.
